A significant investor and advisor who joined InfraSight’s Board earlier this year, Portz succeeds Co‑Founder and CEO Tim Martin as Chairman to lead financial strategy and governance as the company emerges from stealth.

Portz, a founding hedge fund CFO/COO who scaled his prior firm from startup to over half a billion AUM, brings two decades of institutional finance and operational leadership to InfraSight’s next chapter.
